This live set was originally recorded/broadcast on 10.08.2007 at Kuhturm gallery, Leipzig, during Privatelektro’s 4th Headphones Festival. Two ten-minutes-compositions founded on a monotone minimal rhythm. Poured in melodies swing between relaxing and melancholic moods. The texture of melody and rhythm dives into the but and ben moving breakers of plane sound. This recording offers to the openminded soundsurfer a meditative experience and a crispy nostalgic sound design.

Lichtfest Leipzig Book & DVD . after the huge success at the “Lichtfest” for Brandt & Ihlenfeld on 09th October in Leipzig - Germany. On 10th november will be released a book with pictures and a DVD containing a short interview with Marek and some minutes to explaining the work.. and of course watch some of the Installations - some Teams documented the whole night of the 9th october with film..

Lichtfest 2009 Leipzig - Static Transit - Composition Video Light

Marek Brandt live! on 9th October 2009. He create a Composition for the Leipzig Main Station - containing Light . Video and a Sound composition for the 20 Years aniversary of the Leipzig Monday Demonstrations on 9th October.
This will be Part of the official “Lichtfest 2009 Programm” . Brandt will present a Multimedia Performance “Static Transit” with 2 Video projectors and more than 30 computer controlled lights - lighting the massive leipzig main train station fassade. Highlight will be a more than 5 hours live performance of the composition with Musician Sven Ihlenfeld from Berlin.

On the 9th october 2009 - 18.00 - 23.30 there will be the whole Town Lights switched to minimum - no cars, no trams and a lot of other light installations and performances going on. more than 20 media -artists . taking part . check the link - number . (description) number 7 - in german -

Electric Garden ist zurück, das privatelektro label und der Künstler 33 teamed up für DAS zweite Mini-Festival der elektronischen exprimental Sounds mit über 10 Live Acts. Start zur nachmittäglichen Soundspülung: 1. August 2009 : 15.00 Uhr!!

Im eher privaten Ambiente der Kunst und Bauschlosserei wird es draussen und drinnen (kleine Halle) jeweils Electronica, Ambient, Soundscapes, Indytronica und Post Industrial, Experimental und Drum and Bass geben. Einige der Acts sind sonst eher international oder in Berlin zu erleben. Also früh kommen und gepflegt abhängen lohnt sich..
Durch den teilüberdachten Innenhof der Kunst und Bauschlosserei und den 2. Floor (ab Abends) ist das kleine sympathische Festival auch Regen-sicher.. Visuals im 2. Floor ab 20.00 Uhr.. von Optische Stimulanzen.. das wird ein heisser abend..
